Completed in 2019 and at 235m2, the team at Paradigm Design and Construct Home created another extraordinary home with perfect synergy between designer, builder and client. Grand in proportion, yet subtle in appearance through rammed earth and teak cladding, the home is an oasis of calm and relaxation. Light spills into the magnificent entrance, with soaring ceilings and the natural texture of the rammed earth this space creates a truly warm welcome. The home features a huge master bedroom suite, plus on a second storey a private guest suite with its own balcony.
With a clear vision for their home, the client’s input into the design and styling of their home played a huge role in the end result. The home is vibrant and interesting, filled with art, collected treasures, plants and eclectic furniture, and reflects so much about its owner’s style and personality.
