Completed in 2019, our modern custom designed and built home on Mulberry Mews, situated in the picturesque and quiet Parkwater Estate, Cowaramup, and surrounded by mature forest, is at one with nature.
With solar passive design, timber frame construction, and Jarrah cladding, this home truly reflects its natural forest environment. At 160m2, this H-shaped, family home consists of two pavilions linked by a beautiful light filled glass living area. Complemented with large windows, and with its extensive Alfresco area, the home allows the owners to enjoy their bush surrounds, birds, native animals and wildflowers.
It boasts a stunning industrial inspired interior aesthetic – featuring black cabinetry with exposed plywood edges, burnished concrete floors, black high bay pendant lights and black windows that frame the beautiful forest views.
