Designed by Paul Lane and built by Paradigm Design and Construct in 2018, this family home sits proudly in the Margaret River Valley, looking down the river and out to sea. Complementing its stunning location is its extraordinary energy efficiency, with incredible thermal qualities and solar passive environment brought about by Straw Bale construction. With a timeless style based on classic minimalist design, the Valley Vistas reveals an abundance of mixed materials in the form of polished concrete and timber interior. This home has many cozy corners with built in day-beds with beautiful river valley vistas and custom-built timber cabinetry throughout.
The resort-feel guest house, also with sweeping valley views, is also straw bale insulated, with air conditioning not necessary to keep cool during summer escapes.
